Laylatul Qadr & Women on Menses: You're Not Left Out

Embracing the last 10 nights of Ramadan with heart, even without fasting or prayer.

Pejam celik, pejam celik...
We’re already entering the last 10 nights of Ramadan!

For many, this is a time of spiritual intensity—extra prayers, long nights of worship, and seeking the blessings of Laylatul Qadr. But for us ladies, being on our haidh (menses) during these nights can sometimes feel disheartening.

Fret not, dear sisters! Being in haidh doesn’t mean you’re missing out.
You can still gain immense rewards, closeness to Allah, and the blessings of Laylatul Qadr through:

🌟 Du’a (Supplication)
🌟 Dhikr (Remembrance of Allah)
🌟 Charity
🌟 Reflection and Intentional Rest

📿 Best Du’a to Recite During These Nights:

اللهم إنك عفو تحب العفو فاعف عني
“O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.”
(Sunan Ibn Majah)

💛 A Gentle Reminder:

Your worship is not diminished.
Allah sees your sincerity. He rewards your intentions, your patience, and your presence—even in stillness.

This Ramadan, let’s embrace self-acceptance, gentleness, and hope—because true worship is not only in what we do, but also in how we turn to Him with love and surrender.

May we all be granted the full blessings of Laylatul Qadr.
Amin, ya Rabbal ‘alamin. 🤲
