Arabic Activity for Kids: Letter Matching with Ice-Cream Sticks🍡

For F (3yo), i observed she enjoys the activities which involves eye-hand coordination. 👀👐🏻This is typically normal for toddlers whom are constantly refining their grasping and practicing working with 2 hands together.🙌🏼👏🏼

As parents, we’ve gotta try and look for new ways to challenge these movements.👨‍👩‍👧

So, this week’s #ourarabictuesday, I prepared an activity involving sorting objects;🔸🔶🔹🔷 Arabic Letter matching with ice cream sticks into a box.🍡 .
This activity requires F to sort out the sticks with all the Arabic Letters on colored stickers (to help her search easily) into the box accordingly. 👀

In addition to refining her fine motor skills. F develops a visual memory of the Arabic Letters and its’ sequences.👀🧠 And it improves her concentration and endurance skills.🧘🏻🏋🏻‍♀️

Most importantly, F enjoys this activity and she completed it well. And she played with the sticks and box, in her own way afterwards, for her independent play. Alhamdulillah, thumma Alhamdulillah.🥰

Cos, when learning is fun, learning is easy. Alhamdulillah.❤️
